
Black Agricultural Solutions to Food Apartheid: A Teach-Out
This course will explore the history of food apartheid, the importance of food sovereignty, and the ways in which Black people have used agriculture to resist and reclaim their power. Through this series, we will discuss the importance of land-based living, ancestral foodways, and spiritual connections. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the spiritual and ancestral relationships that many Black people have to a higher power, land, plants, and each other.
